The Eyes of Creativity

Have any of you ever wondered what exactly your crazily creative best friend sees in the world? Or do you know and just can't explain it without people not understanding or asking even MORE questions? Well I'm here to help! Lucky you sunshines, I'm the crazily creative friend in my group.

"So what do deeply creative minds actually see?" This is by far my favorite question to answer, but it is also the most complicated. The most simplistic is, we see beauty. Not just in a dress or another person, but we see it in every single thing. It's like our eyes are constantly bursting with color and life. It can be absolutely mesmerizing!

Not only that, we can take something that others find hopeless or ugly and see something totally unique or gorgeous!

For instance, you're walking down a street, it had just rained and the ground was still very wet. You come along and spot this pile of mud stuck in the gutter with some washed away weeds mixed inside. You may think that's completely gross and needs cleaned up. But to someone with a creative eye, it's not just a pile of mud with weeds, it's a cleaned pile of potential for greatness.

*Debbie you're a moron.* Some of you might be thinking, but truly, this is what we see, it is how we turn nothing into masterpieces!

As Confucius so perfectly states, not everyone can see the beauty in everything. But don't worry! That isn't a bad thing! Each of us have our own amazing gift to see things differently. There's the math whizzes, the science geniuses, etc... We all work together to make the world a place worth seeing. Creative minds just add a little extra spice to sight.
